Looking to grab brake pads and filters for my Hero Passion Pro from the Hero MotoCorp shop online. Have you ordered from them before? How long does it usually take to arrive in New York?
Honestly, Hero's service isn't great. I have a 200T too, and when I tried to get a warranty part, no service center had it. A lot of them didn't even know what was covered. I was considering the Mavrick because it looks good, but with service like this, I'm better off with Honda, KTM, or maybe Royal Enfield
Not sure if the shop can ship to NYC. maybe you can check out third-party exporters that ships genuine Hero MotoCorp parts internationally.
from what I know, if you order from a service like that, shipping times to NY would typically depend on the shipping method chosen like, air cargo or sea freight but could range from 1-2 weeks for air cargo to several weeks or even a month+ for sea freight.
Man, that's tough with Hero's service. @MotoCraftHero
You're a lifesaver with those shipping timeframes and the tip about 3rd party exporters. It's good to know the lay of the land for obtaining parts here in NY. @craniummm
It can and probably will take several weeks due to international shipping and customs, many outside India use specialty exporters who offer faster delivery, usually around 2 to 3 weeks, check with a trusted parts exporter for quicker shipping and better tracking.
