Got an Indian bike

I'm known for making some odd buying choices and my latest one is the XPulse 200 4V Rally Edition from 2021. It wasn't dirt cheap, but the thing that got me attracted was that it was somehow made road legal in the states by the previous owner, no idea how. Anyway, I'm here to compare notes and see what other owners have to say about these bikes
