Hero needs better Premia dealers!

I do not exaggerate when I see that Hero MotoCorp is making really powerful bukes in different engine sizes!! Their 210cc is the strongest in the 200cc market, the 250cc the most powerful in its class, and even their smaller bikes like the 125cc and 160cc Xtreme are surprisingly impressive! Honestly, the only thing in the way of their bigger sales is their dealership! They should also train their people in better customer service and post-purchase to match the quality of the beasts they're making!!

Absolutely agree,Hero is really stepping up with great engines across the board, and has become by favorite. The 210 and 250 are leading the pack, and the 125 and 160 pack a nice punch too. The main issue is the dealerships. If they improve training and support after the sale, they could really shine

Like @MotoCraftHero, I agree with you on how Hero's engines are on fire, no doubt, but I hate that their dealer network is not that focused on. Bikes that good deserve better support all around.

I think, if you have a bad experience, don't just tell the dealer
you need to go to Hero's official social media or customer service channels. That kind of direct feedback is often what forces change
