I have a 2022 Hero and while the bike runs fine, the service center experience has been frustrating. If I'm not standing there pointing stuff out, they just skip things I mentioned. I've even seen random parts added to my bill that weren't installed. This happened to me thrice already in a span of 3 years. For the others, I've heard mixed things about Yamaha and Suzuki. How's the after-sales service been for your bike? What bikes do you own and which one got the best customer service approach?

What kind of follow-up or accountability does your Hero service center have, have you tried escalating the issue, or is there a better branch nearby with more reliable service?

Sorry to say but hero service is garbage if you're not constantly watching them, not some yamaha advocate or sumn but they are more reliable in service, does what they're supposed to without extras

It's really tough when a brand doesn't have strong official presence here!
Maybe try an independent mechanic who's familiar with them?
