My struggle with a Hero Xpulse 4V

I bought a Hero Xpulse 4V in MArch as a beginner, and at some point it made a rattling noise when slowing down. The service centers ignored the problem for weeks, but they finally replaced the engine head and the noise only got a little better, so now the engine stalls at idle. It feels like I'm stuck with a bike that needs constant repairs!!!

Take your bike to a trusted mechanic and get a thorough report. Make sure to send that to the service center as proof, and also email it to the company along with any messages you have with the service center. Keep records of everything

What's the update on this? I'm pissed for you mainly because brand-new bikes shouldn't be giving you that kind of headache, especially as a beginner. It might be time to push for a full inspection or escalate it higher up with Hero. Like they said, keep your records!

Thanks, I appreciate that. I've kept every record and already reached out to Hero's regional office, I am still waiting on a proper fix, it's frustrating when a new bike acts this worn out
