I used up all the free services for my Xpulse and it should time for a new service. i think they have this service package, is this any good? it's been 3500 km and year and half since the last one, by thr way.

What should I ask them to check or do during this service? And going forward, how often do you all recommend I get it serviced?

Yeah, completely agreeing with @MotoCraftHero. You gotta ask them NOW to check the valves, clean the injector, and inspect the chain and brakes. I'd say get it serviced at least once a year or every 1500 miles if you're not hardcore riding anyway.

Yeah, you're overdue, coz 3500 km and a year and a half is pushing it, especially if you've been riding off road or in rough conditions. The service package could be worth it if it covers oil, filters, and general checks at a decent price just ask what's actually included so you're not paying for fluff

the best time is what's on the owner's manual. For most bikes, that's typically every 4,000 to 5,000 km or at least once a year, whichever comes first.
Since you don't have super high mileage, the "once a year" rule is your best bet to keep everything fresh and running smoothly.
