Xtreme 250R

Hero has the Xtreme 250R for preorder in India and I like how it looks and it would be an upgrade ofr the Xtreme Sports I currently have. Do you think there's a way we'll ever see this brand being sold here regularly? Also, what do you think of the bike?

The Xtreme 250R looks like a sweet upgrade with its sharp design and US forks but I don't want to get my hopes up about Hero selling here.
I think they tried entering the US market around 2015 but it never really took off.
Our market is just tough with the larger bike options.

I think getting full dealership and service support in the U.S. is a big lift for any brand and without proper parts distribution and local support, it's tough to sell bikes consistently here, no matter how good they are.
If they ever do make a push into the market, bikes like the 250R could actually do well

as far as I know, Hero MotoCorp actually tried to enter the US market back in 2014-2015 through a partnership with EBR.
That venture unfortunately didn't pan out, largely due to EBR's bankruptcy. This experience likely made Hero very cautious about direct entry into highly developed and competitive Western markets
